The full 30-minute talk is linked below, and I highly encourage you to carve out the time to watch it. Pour yourself something nourishing, get comfortable, and let yourself be inspired.

FUN FACT
The world's longest living people don't go to the gym!
Researchers studying Blue Zone communities discovered that not a single centenarian — that's someone who lives to 100 or beyond — had a gym membership or followed a structured exercise program. Instead, movement was simply built into their daily life. They walked everywhere, gardened, cooked from scratch, and did physical chores well into old age. The lesson? It's not about intense workouts — it's about consistent, gentle, purposeful movement woven into everyday life. Which happens to align perfectly with everything chiropractic care supports — keeping your body mobile, aligned, and able to move freely for life.
