How it Works

Our program is simple but does require some time from you to ensure we have the appropriate information to make thoughtful recommendations regarding your health.

After logging in with your health practitioner's Health Code and creating a user account, you will be asked to complete these steps:

Assessment

It begins by filling out a health assessment which takes 30-40 minutes. This is the most time consuming part of the process.

The first assessment is the Context of Care and although this is optional and does not influence the Nutri-logic rules engine directly, it reveals important context for you and your health practitioner. Context that enables greater clarity and guides and influences the tailoring of your recommendations and care. Remember that what your health practitioner doesn't know, limits their understanding of your needs and can compromise the quality and scope of their care for you. This is even more true when you are working on a budget that necessitates them to limit the support they can offer you and decisions on cutbacks need to be made. If you haven't clarified your health limitations and prioritized your interests for them, how are they to know how best to proceed. Done well the first time, you will seldom need to re-do this initial assessment.

The second assessment is the Main Assessment and is compulsory, as your answers to it are interpreted by thousands of evidence-based rules, directly determining your nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

Review Results and Provide Feedback

When you have completed the assessment our rules engine generates your Feedback Report, complete with individualized recommendations in the areas central to your health. Along with detailed information pertaining to your lifestyle habits and health propensities you will be able to choose from 5 personalized nutrition plans. In accord with the Plan you choose, you will be presented your preliminary nutrient profile complete with the recommended combination of supplements our rules engine has determined is best for you. You have the option here to read our explanations, add or remove any supplements yourself and adjust the overall design and price of the proposed nutrient program.

You then have the opportunity to provide your health professional and our nutritional consultants with any additional comments. If you have a specific budget in mind, questions, or want to limit the number of encapsulated nutrients to take, record it and the health provider will take that into account when reviewing your nutrient recommendations..

Now is the time to enter your personal information including billing information should it be required in the future. Your billing information is required for your health practitioner and our nutrition consultants to review your order. However, no order will be placed without your expressed permission to do so.

Nutrition Consultant Contacts you to Finalize Order

Once your feedback has been submitted your health professional will review it and in concert with our nutritional consultants (where appropriate) will contact you for further information or with your specific program recommendations. . Through this dialogue your feedback will be discussed, agreed upon changes will be made accordingly, and your program will be finalized. With your authorization that you approve the program your order will be placed.

Where and when orders are placed, they are packaged within the next 72 hours and sent to you via your preferred shipping method. You will receive a 30, 60 or 90 day supply of your customized supplements, pre-packaged for each day, with packets to take in the morning and evening. You will also begin to receive our health bulletins and e-newsletters containing valuable health and nutrition information.

As our solution is customized, we recommend that you retake the test approximately each 3-4 months. This serves to ensure that you are always getting the nutrients tailored to your current health and lifestyle conditions and that your program reflects important seasonal variations in nutrient needs..
